Data we share

When you connect an assistant, it can read three things about your roof project: your project's stage and what happens next with key dates and our phone number, a stage-by-stage status, and the names of documents we have shared with you. It cannot read the documents themselves, prices, insurance claim or policy details, or photos, and it cannot change anything.

Why

So you can ask your assistant "what is the next step on my roof?" and get an answer from your own project.

Who receives it

The assistant you chose (for example Claude or ChatGPT), under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not send it anywhere else.

How long we keep it

Connections are deleted at the Roof Guide expiry date; revoked grants are kept until that date. Audit rows are kept 90 days. Nothing else is stored.

Your controls

You can disconnect at any time from your Roof Guide, and you should also remove the connector in your assistant's settings. Questions? Call +1 469-209-4600.
